WSI Ottawa is a Double Winner at the 2022 WMA Awards

Ottawa, ON – For the fourth year in a row, the Web Marketing Association (WMA) recognized WSI Ottawa for excellence in web design and development, this time with awards for two separate projects. WSI Ottawa received the 2022 Consumer Good Standard of Excellence 2022 WebAward for Everything Raw; and the Non-Profit Standard of Excellence 2022 WebAward for The Heart of Orléans.

Winning two more WMA awards is a huge accomplishment for the co-owners and Managing Partners of WSI Ottawa, Mark Jamieson and Kimberly Archambault. The recognition is great, but they really get excited by hearing how much the websites they create are successful for their clients. Managing Partner Kimberly Archambault says “Coming up with creative website solutions that support marketing and provide an excellent user experience is our passion! Everything Raw is a raw pet food retailer located just outside Ottawa, ON, and they were looking for a new trend-setting website that could seamlessly bring together their online and brick-and-mortar business streams. The new eCommerce website that WSI Ottawa created for them is the central component of a full digital marketing partnership program, including search engine optimization and PPC advertising.

The Heart of Orléans Business Improvement Area (BIA) needed a new website that would speak to two distinct audiences: it needs to market the business district to potential shoppers and keep its member businesses up to date with what’s happening. Most noticeably, the bilingual website also includes a business directory highlighting the 350 shops, restaurants and service providers who make up the BIA.

The Web Marketing Association’s annual WebAward Competition started in 1997 and is considered an industry benchmark for marketing, web design and development standards. The competition invites entries from 97 industries and the participating websites, and their development teams are judged by independent experts from all over the world. Only the best of the best make it to the shortlist and are crowned winners in various categories. Winners are presented with a prestigious WMA WebAward that is a testament to their digital marketing prowess.
